Family leisure time & Kids holiday camps
We know kids appreciate (or let’s say demand) the comfort aswell as excitement they are used to. We offer an outdoor-playground with an adventurous little mountain river, of course a football pitch and a campfire location. To make the stay enjoyable for the little ones even if the weather shouldn’t be all that fantastic, we offer two big leisure rooms with ping-pong tables, TV and videos to keep them entertained.

School Trips & Sporting weeks
Because we know that young guests are also very demanding clients - paragliding, rafting, campfire and BBQs make Gameboys and Lara Croft seem really boring!

Sports- & High-Altitude Training Camps
Have you ever heard of the famous “Königsjodler” (“king’s yodeller”) inmidst the summer world of the Hochkönig mountain? It’s the most difficult and longest climbing route in Salzburg. Most of it takes you along the ridge of the Hochkönig!Very impressive! A 1.700 vertical metre climb which takes you past some of the most beautiful mountain sceneries yiou can just imagine!

Or would you fancy some high-alpine climbing in the so called “Mandlwand” and a tour to the “Matrashaus”, a hut at the top of the Hochkönig (2.941 m)?
A romantic little wooden bridge takes you to our own big football pitch and we even have an asphalt place to play streetball, volleyball or whatever!

Ski School & School-Ski Courses
Remember to save some time and energy for some skiing! We have 5 Towlifts (Hochkeillifte) directly next to the Hochkeilhaus.
And within 10 minutes you can get to the Mühlbacher Skilifts which are in connection with the Skiresort Amade - here you have 865 km of pure skiing pleasure!

Adventure -seminars, Schoolings & Company-outingsfor a weekend
The combination work and pleasure will make your event an unforgetable experience.
In the summer the Hochkeilhaus is a very popular event-location for self-caterers, due to its easy to handle Nirosta canteen kitchen. (minimum 60 people!)

Get there either by foot or by bus.

There is a marmot park and a stroking zoo by the “Arthurhaus”, a quiet place where foxes and rabbits happily live beside each other!
Tame cats, rabbits, chicken and sheep are waiting for our young guests and some of the marmots can even be fed!

In the so called “Johanna” mining cave, whhich is in Mühlbach and open for the public, you can get an idea of what it was like working in one of these mines. Formore information there is also a minig museum.
